I'm a photographer, painter, mother, wife, adventurer, and an all-around small town girl who likes to dream big.
My passion has always been making and being creative. At age 6, I thought for sure I wanted to be a cartoonist. Around age 8, I took oil painting classes. When I was 12 and walked into a real photo studio and knew that was what I wanted to do. In college, I received my BFA in Fine Art Photography. After working for nearly 10 years in the advertising world as a marketing photographer, I shifted gears into full time motherhood. But I couldn't let go of art. I needed something that would work for me and my growing family so I started painting again and now I create work in photography, collage and painting. I use my past photography pieces as inspiration for my collages and abstract paintings. I’m inspired by nature, traveling, and observing day-to-day life. I'm currently living in Idaho, attempting to make art while raising my three sweet girls, and enjoying gardening, baking, and being outdoors whenever I can.
