Did you know that winter is also a great time to make Cyanotypes? The sun's intensity and the cooler temperatures are different but this makes the challenge of creating that much more fun!
Recently I’ve been thinking a lot about the moon. It comes and goes, sometimes bright with intensity and other times a small glow behind the clouds.

This is only what we can see from earth. The reality is that it's brightness and intensity are
I don't like brush strokes in my paintings.

I always try to make them look organic. Sometimes I do that with pouring paint, sometimes by blotting out lines with a paper towel, or spraying water on top to make everything blend together.

Then again,
Snow is here...

I realize some days I paint the weather subconsciously.
